Semi-Private Classes

PUSH Fitness Semi-Private Training Programs are an excellent way to service the health and fitness needs of individual clients in a semi-private small group atmosphere of 2-3 people.

From weight management, injury rehab, or specific sport rehab, the PUSH team will have the knowledge, skills, and experience to help each client to achieve their individual goals and keep on achieving!

Here are some of our great PUSH Fitness Semi-Private Programs:

Initial Assessment

The initial functional assessment is without a doubt, the most important session between a strength coach/trainer and the client.  

This assessment can quickly identify each individual's weaknesses and limitations when certain movement patterns are altered.  By focusing on weaknesses and imbalances we greatly reduce the risk of injury as well as become more efficient with programming.  This is essential in both fitness and athletic program design.  During this time, we will also discuss health history, goal setting as well as nutrition.
Upon completion of your order we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your fitness classes.

Group Fitness Classes

PUSH Fitness Group Programs are an excellent way to achieve a balance of cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and core stability. They combine a personal training approach with the motivation, support and cost advantages of sharing the experience.

Groups range in size from about 10-20 people.  Each group includes 8 or 16 one-hour sessions (depending on your selection), which are varied, challenging, and, above all, fun. The program is structured so you don’t have to think about “what to do next,” you just show up and focus on your workout. You’ll discover exercises and equipment you’re unlikely to have encountered elsewhere.

The sessions are designed to enable you to go at your own pace and they’re ideally geared to individuals who already maintain an intermediate or higher fitness level. This is a great way to challenge yourself and stay motivated!

Here are some of our great upcoming PUSH Fitness Group Programs:

Youth Training Program

At PUSH, we will provide a safe and exciting program for today's developing athletes focusing on proper warm up strategies, functional strength training, power development and anaerobic conditioning.  The main focus will be teaching correct technique with unparalleled instruction and program design.

Regardless of your sport, all athletes must train for strength and power!  Strength on the field is trained the same as strength on the court...or in the pool!  Before building strength we must first focus on proper movement..this will translate into each person's chosen sport(s).

Group 1: Ages 13-16.  Tuesday's 6-7p.m.

Group 2: Ages 9-12.  Thursday's 6-7p.m

All program blocks will be 8 weeks in duration.  All sessions are 60 min.

1 x week for 8 weeks (8 sessions) $180.00 plus tax

All youth training sessions will take place Tuesday and/or Thursday's 6-7p.m.
